Thanks for connecting, Dana. Straight to it: teams that moved off that tool usually did so over reporting lag. If that is live for you, I can show a 15 minute walkthrough of how we handle it. If not, no follow up from me.

Reporting lag is exactly it. Send the walkthrough, Thursday afternoon works for me.

Sections 02 to 06

Scope

The targeting system, the profile model, the six month signal ladder, the three layer messaging system, and the sequence with its planning assumptions.

Sections 07 to 08

Process and return

The first 14 days step by step, and a calculator that turns your own assumptions into meetings, deals, and cost per meeting.

Sections 09 to 13

Governance and commercials

Tooling and ownership, the responsibility split, the communication cadence, the investment with terms in brief, and how to request a tailored proposal.

02 · The targeting system

Data quality is the substrate of your GTM alpha.

The same message on the wrong list is a cost. On the right list it is a meeting. Every name on a Relevance list carries a written reason for being there, and that reason is what the message is built from. This is the part of the program that is hard to copy.

Judged, not filtered

Every company gets a verdict

A written qualification rubric decides, company by company, whether it belongs and why. Rejections are kept with their reasons. Verdicts are checked against independent research until the two agree.

Context before contact

Evidence per company

Before anyone is contacted, each company carries its LinkedIn record, a read of its website, and the signal that put it on this month's list. The connection note and the messages are composed from that evidence, never from a template alone.

Measured per signal

Every source ranked

Each month's list comes from one signal source and is measured on its own: acceptance, replies, positives, meetings. By month six you know which sources produce meetings and at what cost.

A YC company selling to managed services providers asked for its whole market. Relevance built it: every provider in six regions, judged one at a time against a written rubric, delivered as a live page and a pack they can re-run. It is published in full. Open it and check the work.

03 · Profiles

Profiles

Every profile is a sender with its own weekly capacity. Your own team's profiles convert best. Rented profiles add reach without asking more of your team. Most clients start with one of each.

Option A · Your own profiles
$1,200 / mo first · +$300 each after

Better results

A real face, a real history, and a real network. Acceptance and reply rates are highest on a profile that belongs to someone the prospect can look up. Existing connections can be messaged directly with no request step at all.

  • Founder, sales lead, or account executive profiles
  • Relevance operates inside the profile through the sequencer; the person keeps full control and sees every message
  • Requires the profile owner's Sales Navigator subscription (below)
  • Capacity: about 115 connection requests a week, inside platform limits
Option B · Rented profiles
$1,200 / mo first · +$500 each after

More scale

A profile run by a real person on our side, presented as a member of your team, with your company in the headline. It lets you add senders and run more segments in parallel without asking anyone on your team to lend their account.

  • Set up under your brand within the first week
  • Sales Navigator included in the fee
  • Same capacity per profile, same sequences, same reporting
  • Positive replies are handed to your team the same way
Sales Navigator · required on every profile

Connection requests in this program carry a written note. LinkedIn only allows notes at volume through Sales Navigator. Rented profiles include it. For each of your own profiles, the profile owner keeps an active Sales Navigator subscription for the length of the program, at their cost.

About $100 per month per profile billed by LinkedIn, or about $50 per month through a vendor Relevance can introduce. A profile without Sales Navigator cannot send noted requests and is paused until the subscription is active.

04 · The six months

The six month program

One signal source per month, from the warmest to the coldest. Month one uses what you already have. Each following month reaches further from your network, and each is measured on its own so the month six report can rank them.

    05 · Targeting & messaging

    Targeting and messaging

Each month's list is classified into segments before anyone is contacted. Each message is composed in three layers, so the copy states why this person is on the list without guessing.

    Layer 1 · Skeleton

    The persona angle

One angle per persona, shared across the month. Structure, proposition, and the ask are fixed, drafted in week one and approved by your team before launch.

head of sales → pipeline coverage angle · founder → time angle · marketing lead → attribution angle
    Layer 2 · Inference

    The signal and the segment

Why this person entered the list this month. A lost deal, a competitor's customer, a hiring post. The inference is written once per segment and carried by every message in it.

competitor customer → switching cost angle · hiring SDRs → capacity angle · lost deal → what changed since angle
    Layer 3 · Personalization

    Verified facts only

A recent post, the company's stated focus, a shared connection, a location. If a fact cannot be verified, the line is omitted. No invented compliments, no guessed pain.

"your post on onboarding time last week" · "the three SDR roles open in Austin" · "we both know Maria"
